Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who shares our passion for revolutionizing the sales industry. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for our existing clients.

Pipeline Gurus is a global network of top-tier sales professionals from leading tech companies who co-create strategies that resonate with our clients' vision. We handle the entire sales cycle, optimize processes, and collaborate with resellers to help our clients conquer new markets. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be an essential part of our team, driving growth and success for our clients through your exceptional sales skills and dedication to customer service.



Responsibilities
  • Work with sales professionals to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct research to understand potential clients' industry, competition, and business goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our clients' vision including calling, email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to clearly articulate our client's value proposition.
  • Track metrics and report on sales performance to help identify areas for improvements and log activities on CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Required experience in warm calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns
  • Proven track record in a Business Development or Sales role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Information Technology and Services/ SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English,French amp; Arabic both verbal and written
  • Experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot and other tools such as Lusha, Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changes in priorities and strategies.
