Job Overview
Neo Mena Technologies is currently looking for a Multimedia Designer who will join our office in Beirut.
As part of the team, you will enrich your skills and grow in the heart of digital innovation.
You should be an excellent team member whilst also showing resourcefulness and the ability to work through challenging problems. It will be your responsibility to complete work of a high standard in a time-sensitive environment.
As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative multimedia content for various digital platforms. Leveraging your expertise in graphic design, animation, and interactive media, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling and effective visual solutions.
We are looking for candidates who have a creative mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to stay updated on emerging trends in multimedia design.
The individual would work directly with the Kuwait-based team on a full-time basis.

Requirements
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should be a self starter with 1-2 years agency or client side design experience and must be able to:
• Follow marketing briefs and brand guidelines.
• Proactively research best practices and competitors to generate new content ideas.
• Cultivate a creative environment to expand projects and campaigns into their full potential.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for internal and external collateral.
• Determine the Art Direction of projects
• Produce static and video content across online and traditional marketing channels.
Skills amp; Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Multimedia Design
• Proven experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation amp; Video Editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects.
• Excellent communication, time management , and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in English and Arabic
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Considered a plus:
• Experience working in the fintech and investments industry.
