If so, we are seeking a driven and experienced Strategic Development and Partnerships Director to lead our clients efforts in securing strategic collaborations with prominent real estate development companies in the GCC region, similar to Aldar and Emaar. You will play a pivotal role in identifying potential project opportunities, fostering relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating mutually beneficial partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential development projects and partnership opportunities in the GCC region.
• Build strong relationships with key executives and decision-makers at major development companies like Aldar and Emaar.
• Develop and present compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of our collaborative projects.
• Facilitate and lead complex negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements for project development.
• Oversee due diligence processes and manage the development phase of partnered projects.
• Foster close collaboration and communication between our company and partner organizations.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and opportunities in the GCC real estate market.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a prominent real estate development company in the GCC region.

• Proven track record of successfully securing and managing partnerships with major real estate developers.
• Strong understanding of the GCC real estate market, including legal, regulatory, and cultural nuances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-level executives.
• Demonstrated negotiation and deal structuring expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and best practices.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
