What you’ll be doing
Quick Jobs SARL is a leading Lebanese employment company, established in 2014 and expanded to become an HR consultancy in 2018. We support Small and Medium Enterprises in optimizing their HR processes to drive business success. We are seeking a motivated Floor Manager with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team in Beirut.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on the floor to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage team performance.
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Provide support and training to team members to enhance their performance.
- Act as a point of contact between management and staff, facilitating communication.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in HR and staffing software.
