We are seeking a motivated Floor Manager with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team in Beirut.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on the floor to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage team performance.
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Provide support and training to team members to enhance their performance.
- Act as a point of contact between management and staff, facilitating communication.
