Quick Jobs SARL is a Lebanese employment company established in 2014, now an HR consultancy assisting SMEs in their HR processes. We are seeking a Commis Chef with a passion for culinary excellence and at least 1 year of experience to join our vibrant team in Beirut.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the supervision of the head chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards as set by the company.
- Support the kitchen team in daily operations and during events or busy periods.
- Participate in inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role (minimum 1 year).
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
