Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective B2C clients.
- Present products, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Meet individual daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain structured call logs and manage customer follow-ups.

What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and professional customer engagement skills.
- Ability to make structured outbound calls, qualify prospects, present products, and close or advance sales opportunities.
- Confidence handling objections, follow-ups, and commercial discussions.
- Ability to understand product features and translate them into relevant benefits for retailers and salons.
- Organized approach to maintaining lead records, notes, follow-up schedules, and sales pipelines.
- Comfort working with sales targets, performance metrics, and repeat-business objectives.
- Basic computer proficiency, including customer databases, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
- Fluent Arabic and strong English communication preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
