Requirements:

At least 1 year of proven sales experience
BT3 in business or Terminal degree is a must
Car is preferable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative sales abilities.
Ability to ask effective discovery questions and match customer needs with suitable insurance coverage.
Clear verbal and written communication, including the ability to explain policy terms and exclusions in accessible language.
Confident presentation and objection-handling skills, with a professional, customer-focused approach.
Accurate preparation of quotations, applications, and customer records; attention to detail and confidentiality.
Consistent pipeline management, follow-up, time management, and goal tracking.
Comfort using office software, email, customer databases, or CRM tools to record activity and manage leads.
Sound judgment, integrity, resilience, and willingness to learn insurance products and relevant compliance procedures.
Fluency in Arabic and good working English are valuable for serving a broad client base in Beirut.
